The Start of Something Big

Great things often come from humble beginnings. The #1 agent in Marin County from 1998 to 2011, Melissa Bradley founded Bradley Real Estate from her home office in San Anselmo in 1997, later incorporating the brokerage in 1998, and opening its first office at the Red Hill Shopping Center in San Anselmo. Going up against large corporations as an independent businesswoman was never going to be easy, but our founder knew that what she had to offer was better than the competition.


The Company Expands

By early 2013, Bradley Real Estate had opened 10 new office locations including strategic expansions into Napa and Sonoma Counties. In 2016, the expansion continued with the acquisition and opening of their Petaluma Office at 501 E. Washington Street. Bradley Real Estate eclipsed the mark of over 1 Billion Dollars in annual sales volume in consecutive years, 2015 and 2016.

A Bright Future

Today, Bradley Real Estate continues to capture market share by providing a higher level of service and support to our agents—while firmly rooted in our local communities, we have the resources of a global brand, but the efficiency of a smaller one. In addition to our residential sales offices and dedicated, in-house support staff in three counties, our commercial and relocation divisions are known for their experienced agents who live and work in the markets they serve.
